All of FLF’s services operate under the Charity’s objectives. Our Housing Support Services are regulated by the Care Inspectorate. For information on our CI requirements, go to Housing Support.
Our Housing Support staff are regulated under the Scottish Social Service Council and work to Health and Socail Care Standards.
Our Housing Advice Service is accredited by the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers.
To assure the quality of our services we undergo internal and external reviews and are committed to continuous improvement.
