In the past, there have been various efforts to establish a Day Centre in Dunfermline.  There is a clear need for this and Fife Council have acknowledged this by making available funds to co-ordinate existing efforts as a priority within the Homelessness Strategy.

The Homeless Service Partnership continues to gain support for a Day Centre in Dunfermline.  Blake Stevenson have been commissioned to produce a Feasibility Study and Business Plan which will be presented to potential funders.  The Partnership so far represents a range of stakeholders, homelessness agencies, Housing Associations, NHS Addiction Services, local churches and Fife Council.

In the interim period, we have set up a number of services for people in Dunfermline and the surrounding areas to access.
